With the installation of Atexco and HJD placement printing machines equipped with Kyocera print heads, we ensure superior print quality, sharp detailing, and excellent color performance across every fabric.

The reliability of Kyocera heads ensures smooth production, high speed, and consistent output, even in bulk quantities.

A key strength of our operation is our in-house processing unit, which enables us to deliver both pre-process and post-process work with speed, efficiency, and complete quality control. In pre-processing, we carry out padding to prepare fabrics for optimal print performance.

Post-processing is handled with equal precision through looping, washing, stentering, and final inspection, ensuring superior finish, excellent color fixation, and enhanced fabric stability.

We specialize in position printing on viscose and polyester base fabrics, ensuring precise alignment, vibrant colors, and excellent clarity across every design. Conceptualization according to designer’s imagination / market trends & required parameters.

Sketch Development – Creation of initial artwork and layout.

Design Conversion – Artwork is converted into embroidery / jacquard design as required.

Sample Development – Embroidery sample / designed fabric is prepared.

Design Scanning – Finalized design is scanned on the printing machine.

Print Design Development – Printing design is prepared and aligned as per placement.

Print Execution – Fabric and design are set, aligned, and printing is carried out with high precision.

Final Inspection – Quality checking and finishing before dispatch as final product.
